Founded 1994, we are an energetic London based company with clients in the shopfitting, corporate interiors and housing sectors. Syntec works successfully with clients, architects and designers. We also implement a range of projects on a design/build basis. Management teams embrace the essential functions of Estimating, Setting-out, Contract Management and Financial Control, handling projects from £100k to £1 million.


Syntec provides contract management/implementation services from conception to completion ensuring deadlines are met and budgets are achieved. Customer service and satisfaction are foremost.
